Getting Started
Do you offer a consultation?
​Yes, all services include a free 30-minute initial consultation via a call to discuss your project.

How many design options will I see?
For cover design services, you will receive a choice between 3 design directions and 3 layout mock-ups.

What files will I receive at the end?
You will receive final upload-ready files for your printer or distributor. Source files can also be provided on request.​​​
Revisions & Changes
What if I want to make changes to the design?
Every service includes 2 rounds of free revisions.

What happens if I need more than two rounds of revisions?
Any additional time required beyond the two free rounds is charged at a rate of £30 per hour.

What if my project requires bespoke elements not listed on the menu?
Custom designs or special requests (like stickers, tote bags, or booklets) are charged at an hourly rate of £30.
Payment & Terms
Is a deposit required?
Yes, an initial deposit of 50% is required for all book design services.

Are deposits refundable?
The initial deposit is considered non-refundable once the project agreement is signed and the design proposal/layout mock-ups have been approved.

When is the final invoice due?
Invoices are expected to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Service Limits
Do you offer editing or proofreading?
No, all prices are for design services only. White Stone Pages does not provide editing or proofreading services.

Do you handle the actual printing of the book?
I provide the print-ready files, but my services do not include the cost or management of the printing process itself.
​
What do I need to provide for non-fiction indexing?
For non-fiction books, the word list for indexing must be provided by the client.
